Manuel Palafox 1886-1959
Manuel Palafox fought on
Emiliano
Zapata's side during the
Mexican Revolution.
Thin and short Manuel studied
engineering and jobbed as a sales and office person at various
companies before he joined Zapata in October 1911.
Eventually, smart
Manuel became Zapata's
adviser.
Manuel Palafox became Secretary of
Agriculture in March 1915 under provisional president
Gonzalez Garza.
