The Treaty of Ciudad Juarez is an important document of the
Mexican Revolution.
On Sunday, May 21, 1911, at 10 pm,
Francisco Madero
put his signature under this paper.
Ciudad Juárez is a city in northern
Mexico, in the state of Chihuahua, at the border to the US, right
across from El Paso, Texas. The city is named after
Benito Juárez.
The Treaty of Ciudad Juárez stipulated
