Frederick, or as the Germans called him
Friedrich Wilhelm, was
the king of Prussia from 1786 - 1797.
His father was
Frederick II
the Great's
brother Augustus William.
Frederick was a member of the
Hohenzollern Dynasty.
His sister was Friederike Sophie
Wilhelmine (Wilhelmina), who married
William V, Prince of
Orange.
