Herbert Clark Hoover was the 31st
president of the United States and as such in office from 1929 to
1933.
He tried to stay longer but the
Great Depression took its toll,
and Hoover lost to
Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Herbert Hoover signed the bill H.R. 14 into law, making

Scott Key's
