Paul John Keating (born 1944)
Paul John Keating was born in Sydney,
New South Wales, Australia.
From December 1991, when Robert Hawke resigned, to March 1996,
Keating was Australia's Prime Minister.
On November 11, 1993, Keating delivered
speech at the
Funeral Service for the Unknown Australian Soldier.
The Koreans invited Keating to speak at
their Second Asian Leadership Conference. Keating accepted and
delivered his
Financial Innovation speech on February 21, 2008, at
Seoul.
